Welcome to C. Dunn, Inc. A family owned home construction company that was founded over 30 years ago by Gordon F. Hilchey, Sr. and Clifton M. Dunn.

The goal of our company was, and is, to help people build the home of their dreams and ideas, either completely or partially, at a reasonable cost with a minimum amount of effort on their part.

The company is currently under the guidance of Gordon F. Hilchey, Jr. He will guide you through the construction procedure every step of the way. It will be a pleasant and rewarding experience for you.

We have built hundreds of homes, barns, and storage buildings in our area and we hope to be your builder. Any general contractor can build a house, and we all have to use material that conforms to the building codes of this state and its' cities and counties. All of our framing is done on a pneumatic precision framing machine all walls and partitions will be straight, square and true.

We invite you to browse through our home plans, choose the plan that best suits your lifestyle and call to schedule an appointment to discuss the details. Our drafting staff is available to customize the plan you select or to finalize your own plans if you prefer. This will ensure your new home is the one you'll be making memories in for years to come.

It has been said that building a home is one of the most stressful experiences you could have. Our goal is to make sure this is not your experience. We'll be happy to walk you through the entire building process; from applying for your permit to inserting the key in your new home we'll be with you every step of the way.
