Welcome to C. Dunn, Inc. A family owned home construction company that was founded over 30 years ago by Gordon F. Hilchey, Sr. and Clifton M. Dunn.
The company is currently under the guidance of Gordon F. Hilchey, Jr. He will guide you through the construction procedure every step of the way. It will be a pleasant and rewarding experience for you. We have built hundreds of homes, barns, and storage buildings in our area and we hope to be your builder. Any general contractor can build a house, and we all have to use material that conforms to the building codes of this state and its' cities and counties. So what difference does it make who builds it? A LOT!
We invite you to browse through our home plans and choose the plan that best suits your needs. All of our plans can be customized at your request. Better yet, bring us your ideas. With our simple drafting plan and a few minutes of your time we can bring your vision to life. It has been said that building a home is one of the most stressful experiences you could have. Our goal is to make sure this is not your experience. We'll be happy to walk you through the entire building process; from applying for your permit to inserting the key in your new home we'll be with you every step of the way.
