Entry #1 - Design 1091
Completed in 2001 and later customized by the owner to enclose
the attached garage and add the bay window. The detached garage
was built by C. Dunn and completed in 2003.

Entry #2 - Design 1768
The owners weathered out the beginning of 2007
in a 24’ travel trailer while a mere 50’ away
their new house was being built. Completed just last month
it feels like the Taj Mahal to them and they were quite settled
in about a weeks’ time.

Entry #3 - Design 2272
The owners lived several years in a small single wide
mobile before taking the plunge into home building. When
they decided to go for it, they did it with flair. This beautiful
home fits perfectly with the surroundings and the wrap-around
porch allows guests to enjoy the country views.

Entry #4 - Design 1768
The terra cotta color and tile roof turn our basic 1768 into
a Spanish hacienda. Situated on a ridge line in the hills
of Cayucos every window in the house offers a spectacular
valley view.

Entry #5 - Design 2380
Nestled among the hills of Nipomo sits this 2380 sq ft home
that was a labor of love for the owners who, literally, moved
mountains for their dream home.

Entry #6 - Custom Design
Custom design by the homeowners to reflect their unique sense
of style. Home is approximately 3,500 sq ft and surrounds
a courtyard.

Entry #7 - Design 2620 (Custom)
The basic design was our 2620, expanded into approx. 3500
sq ft to accomodate the owners large family. Their New Orleans
influence is evident throughout the interior of the house,
starting with a 10' transom entry door they brought with
them to California.

The very popular Design 1768, slightly expanded. The owners
here opted for an eyebrow roof over the entry door and extensive
decking in the rear.
